Question 1:- How do you celebrate New Year?

Answer 1:- Well, there are several ways by which I used to celebrate New Year. The prominent one is by making a resolution and cutting the cake.

Answer 2:- I celebrate New Year by gathering with close friends and family for a cozy dinner party, enjoying delicious food and heartfelt conversations. As the clock strikes midnight, we raise a toast to new beginnings, share our resolutions, and watch a spectacular fireworks display, marking the start of another exciting year.

Question 2:- How do people in your country celebrate New Year? Do you have any ceremonies?

Answer 1:- No, I don’t think that there is any specific ceremony that is done on that day, as individuals used to celebrate it by distributing sweets to each other, cutting cakes and throwing parties.

Answer 2:- In my country, people celebrate New Year with great enthusiasm by attending parties, spending time with loved ones, and participating in various cultural events. Traditionally, we have a midnight countdown, followed by fireworks and the exchange of good wishes. Ceremonies may include customs like cleaning homes, preparing special dishes, and giving gifts to symbolize a fresh start and prosperity in the coming year.

Question 3:- What do people do on New Year’s Day?

Answer 1:- First, the masses usually leave their bad habits and opt for new ones in the new year. Apart from this, everyone spends quality time with their families.

Answer 2:- On New Year’s Day, people often spend time with family and friends, reflecting on the past year and sharing aspirations for the upcoming one. Many engage in leisurely activities, attend local events, or visit places of worship to pray for blessings, good fortune, and a prosperous year ahead. It is also common to relax and recuperate from the previous night’s festivities.

Question 4:- Why do people think New Year is a new beginning?

Answer 1:- In my opinion, many people think that so because on that day, they leave their past life and make new resolutions that they have to complete in that year, so this is why the masses consider this a new beginning.

Answer 2:- People perceive New Year as a new beginning because it symbolizes a fresh start, providing an opportunity to reflect on past experiences, learn from mistakes, and set new goals. This annual milestone encourages positive change, personal growth, and the pursuit of a more fulfilling life in the upcoming year.

Question 5:- Have you ever celebrated NY that you still remember?

Definitely, yes. I vividly remember that when I was only 10 years at that time, my parents surprised me by organizing a grand party to which all my friends were invited.
